This page explains, in plain language, what southsideworks.com collects and what happens to it. The site is run for SouthSide Works by SomeraRoad. Questions go to 412-710-7220 or the contact page.
What we collect
Contact and leasing forms. When you send a message, we store your name, email address and message so our team can reply. Nothing is collected until you press Submit. Messages are stored with our website host (Cloudflare) and emailed to the SouthSide Works team. We keep them as long as we need them to answer you and handle your request, and we never sell them.
Newsletter. The Subscribe button opens a signup form run by Emma, our email service. If you sign up, Emma holds your email address under its own privacy policy, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, your browser and your general location (city level). It does not tell us who you are.
Maps, videos and links. Some pages show Google Maps, and some link to other sites (stores, restaurants, ticketing, news articles). Those services follow their own privacy policies once you use them.
What stays in your browser
The site itself stores nothing in your browser beyond the Google Analytics cookies described above. There are no accounts, no logins and no shopping cart.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will still work. To ask what we hold about you, or to have a message you sent deleted, call 412-710-7220 or use the contact page.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
